Job responsibilities:

Supervise the labor and production discipline of brigade members, ensuring compliance with safety equipment instructions;

Before starting work, always check the condition of workplaces, compliance with safety regulations, and the functionality and safety of equipment, tools, scaffolds, passages, platforms, and other high-rise working tools;

Depending on the nature of the work to be performed, position workers in the areas and provide explanations about the sequence of work to be done;

Instruct newly hired workers on safe work practices and the use of protective equipment;

Monitor the cleanliness of the construction site area, ensure that debris is sorted and transported to designated areas;

Control the proper and economical use of construction materials, take measures to minimize waste.

Job requirements:

Preference given to candidates with over 3 years of experience in the relevant field;

Strong in planning, initiative, problem-solving, and resilience to stress.

Job conditions:

Work hours: 6 days a week (09:00-18:00)
