Job  responsibilities:

Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards of the company within the procurement department.

Continuously obtain competitive commercial offers to obtain the most cost-effective prices in the procurement process.

Conduct market research, identify new equipment suppliers, and negotiate with them.

Ensure proper implementation of internal control policies and procedures for the movement of goods within establishments.

Determine contract terms and monitor their execution.

Utilize effective procurement processes to obtain the most competitive prices for goods and services, ensuring minimal expenditure.

Achieve this in accordance with the instructions provided by the department head and assistant.

Ensure proper organization of all documents and documentation tasks within the scope of activity.

Place orders and participate in the procurement process according to the instructions given by the department head.

 

Job requirements:

Education: Higher education in a relevant or similar field.

Language skills: Proficiency in Azerbaijani, B1 level in Russian.

IT skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Work experience: Minimum 1 year in the relevant field.

Other: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience as a Cost Controller.

 

Job conditions:

Work hours: 6 days a week (09:00-18:00)

Salary: Negotiable
