Job Responsibilities:

Execution of inspection, technical service, repair, installation, and adjustment works in the mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automated components of heating-cooling, air supply systems/equipment;

Identification, elimination, and registration of hazards, potential risks, and cases of deviation from operational standards in mechanical systems;

Replacement of existing equipment/elements and installation, adjustment, testing, and commissioning of new equipment/elements in heating-cooling, air supply systems;

Examination of the operational parameters of the system/elements using various inspection and testing devices and tools, identification of discrepancies and deviations;

Registration of performed works, inspections, and tests, and submission of relevant reports;

Determination of technical requirements for the replacement of equipment/elements in heating-cooling, air supply systems, and provision of alternative proposals when necessary;

Adherence to occupational safety regulations and basic performance indicators;

Adherence to reporting regulations for works and digital registration of relevant records.

 

Job requirements:

Higher education in the relevant field of specialization;

Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, with basic knowledge of English;

Computer skills (proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and the ability to work independently with specialized software);

Ability to work in a team;

Must be industrious and responsible.

 

Job conditions:

Work hours: 6 days a week (09:00-18:00)
