HOW “ROCKVEL” WAS ESTABLISHED? “Rockvel MMC” was founded in 2021 by experts who were senior specialists in one of the big companies, the most advanced conglomerate of Azerbaijan. One of the founders, who possesses extensive experience, has over 18 years of experience as the Chief Architect in a big company. The company’s Director has led projects worth $500,000,000 and managed 15 major projects as a project manager.
The name of our company is currently based on the American scientist Hugh M. Rockwell, the namesake of the “Rockwell Hardness Tester,” a device used to measure the hardness of soil’s differential depth, which is widely used in many countries.
