Job responsibilities:

Reading the project and giving appropriate instructions to the craftsmen, noting the completion dates of the tasks they perform and supervising them.

Must have experience in both interior and exterior projects.

Ensuring that the planned tasks are carried out according to schedule.

Ensuring the orderly maintenance of the workplace during working hours.

Should have full knowledge of materials.

They should inform the procurement department of which materials need to be ordered when needed, in line with the progress of the work. Maintaining regular communication with architects and requesting necessary project details.

Monitoring the quality of work.

Also, ensuring timely delivery of the work as required is one of the crucial matters.

Job requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in construction.

Experience working on projects involving high-rise residential buildings and commercial structures.

Job conditions:

Work hours: 6 days a week (09:00-18:00)
